1.     Letter addressed to the Chief Director of Immigration requesting issuance of permit

2.     Copies of applicant’s  biodata and current permit from the passport

3.     Progress report from the company on stage of implementing the project

4.     Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA) tax clearance certificate

5.     Company current bank statement (6 months)

6.     List of expatriate and local employees (include IDs, National Social Security Authority (NSSA) numbers and contact numbers)

7.     Lease agreement/deed of transfer

8.     Valid Zimbabwe Investment Authority (ZIA) licence

9.     Mining companies to submit Environmental Impact Assessment certificates from Environmental Management Agency (EMA) and claim certificates from Ministry of Mines

10.            Passport biodata page and permit copy  (if any)  for all foreign shareholders

11.            Local Police clearance (not older than 6 months)

12.            Statutory fee USD$1000 plus USD$500 per dependent



-         Copies of all documents to be sufficiently authenticated, those from outside Zimbabwe are to be notarized in the prescribed manner whilst those from within may be certified by commissioners of oaths

-         All translations to be in English and the copies of original documents to be tendered

-         Translations to be done by reputable  institutions (preferably government entities)
