STUDENTS PERMIT REQUIRMENTS
- Residence permit application form (I.F.5) fully completed
- Application letter addressed to the Chief Director of Immigration (CDI)
- Letter of acceptance from school
- Clearance letter from the Ministry of Education
- Certified passport bio data page
- 2 passport sized photos certified as a true likeness of the applicant
- Proof of payment of fees in foreign currency
- Proof of accommodation
- Police clearance from the country of origin not older than six months
- Radiological certificate
- Statutory non-refundable fee of US $200 and US $300/dependent.
STUDENT’S EXTENSION
- Application letter addressed to the Chief Director of Immigration (CDI) requesting for an extension
- Letter from college or university
- Copy of previous team/semester results
- Copy of current permit
- Letter from college / university indicating continuity of studies
- Statutory non-refundable fee of US $200 and US $300/dependent.
TAKE NOTE:
- Copies of all documents should be sufficiently authenticated; those from outside Zimbabwe should be notarized in the prescribed manner whilst those from Zimbabwe should be certified by a Commissioner of Oaths .
- All translations should be in English and all copies of the original to be tendered
- If a student is accompanied by dependents, the following should be submitted:
- Marriage certificate (if applicable)
- Birth Certificate for all children
- Police clearence for those above 18 years
- Passport biodata
- 2 passport sized photos /dependent
