- Residence permit application form (I.F.5) fully completed
- Application letter addressed to the Chief Director of Immigration (CDI)
- Certified passport bio data page
- 2 passport sized photos certified as a truelikeness of the applicant
- Project proposal
- Police clearence from country of origin/ last permanent residence not older than six months
- Radiological certificate
- Banking history from country of origin /last permanent residence
- Proof of funds available for transfer
- Proof of equipment to be imported
- Copies of passport boi data and permit for other foreign stakeholders
- List of expatriate and local employees
- Statutory non-refundable fee of US$500 and US$300/dependent
